ORIGINS

These flour is extracted from the pure green plantain basket itself.

The plantain is from our village of Mankrong and grown locally by our experienced farmers.

These plantains are generally grown sporadically around our farmers land/ among other crops. It is not an invasive crop and it also also mainly used to feed our communities. Once the plantain is harvested, it is then hand-processed, where the fruits peeled and chopped in small pieces, dried and then pounded into a fine flour.

It is then packaged with love, care and intentions all the way to you.
